Busy Time in April

Northfield Sign Club was busy in April!
Getting signatures for the petition CC in movie theaters

We are celebrating National Deaf Month by making a baner to honor this year. We had history blurbs about Deaf culture read during morning announcements.  To really celebrate we also had a petition signing to share with the movie theaters to help encourage Closed Captioning to be added to their venue!! The greatest news came when we were invited to share on May 16th our presentation about Closed Caption in the movie theater with Hunington

They are preparing a skit that honors all Military Services. After they learned the signs, we got to stay and watch the skit!! It was really great!!!
